Simply Mindfull Moments™ and Pause. Breathe. Heal. Grow.™ are trademarks of Simply Mindfull Moments; the ™ symbol asserts our claim pending any federal registration. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content, name, logo, or branding without permission. 8. Termination

You may stop using Simply Mindfull Moments at any time. You may also delete your account, which removes your data from active systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we need to discontinue the service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Simply Mindfull Moments is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Mindfull Moments and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on any content or tools.
