A space built for care
Simply Mindfull Moments is an independent self-care platform created to make looking after your mental wellbeing feel accessible, warm and sustainable. We believe small moments of awareness can add up to meaningful change.
Pause. Breathe. Reflect. Grow.
Gentle by design
No pressure, no guilt, no broken streaks. Missed days stay forgiving, so coming back is always easy.
Privacy first
Your reflections are yours. Children's activity stays on the device, and you can export or delete your data whenever you want.
Evidence-informed
Our tools draw on widely practised approaches: mindfulness, reflective journaling, breathwork and grounding.
Clear care boundaries
This is a self-care companion, not therapy, diagnosis or a crisis service. We say so plainly, everywhere.
What we build
Everything here is made to be used in a few quiet minutes, on an ordinary day.
For everyday moments
Mood check-ins, journaling prompts, breathing and grounding exercises, soundscapes and sleep support for the ordinary days in between.
For families
Calm tools for teens and a playful program for younger children, with grown-up controls and no child data on our servers.
For gentle progress
The 30-Day Reset and weekly plans offer structure when you want it, and step aside when you don't.
Why this platform exists
Simply Mindfull Moments was founded by Linda Asare, M.S., who holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. Her work in mental health screening, crisis response and family support made one thing clear: people need somewhere gentle to turn long before a crisis, and long after one.
That became the brief for this platform — practical, calming tools that fit into a real day, built with the privacy and care boundaries that personal reflection deserves.
Simply Mindfull Moments is a self-care platform, not a healthcare provider. Our team does not offer therapy, diagnosis or crisis counselling through this site. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
