Wellbeing insight your stakeholders can act on
Employers and universities get honest, group-level wellbeing reporting — with a privacy model that makes reading any individual's entries structurally impossible.
No individual entries, ever
Administrators have no technical path to a single mood check-in or journal entry. Journal text never leaves the member's own account. Reports are built by protected database functions that only return group totals.
A 25-member privacy floor
Nothing is shown unless at least 25 opted-in members contributed to that exact slice. The floor applies per date range and per cohort, so a filter can never be narrowed down to one person.
Opt-in, and reversible
Joining an organization is opt-in, and contributing to reports is a separate opt-in. Members can withdraw or leave at any time, which removes them from every future report.
What the reports show
Participation and trend
Contributing members, check-ins, participation rate, and average wellbeing over time.
Distribution and stressors
Mood bands from thriving to struggling, plus the most common stressors — workload, studies, sleep, money and more.
Stakeholder exports
One-click CSV for analysts and a formatted PDF for board or committee packs. Both stamped with the date range, cohort and privacy notice.
How members join
- 1. Invite code or email domain. Members enter your invite code in their account, or join automatically when their verified work or student email matches an approved domain.
- 2. A plain-language notice. Before anything is counted, members see exactly what you can and cannot see, and choose whether to contribute.
- 3. Optional cohort. Members can place themselves in a cohort such as a department, campus or program so reports can be filtered — but only once the cohort is large enough to report on.
Who at your organization can see what
Reporting access is granted per person, by role. An administrator grants and removes access by email; there is no way for anyone to grant themselves a role.
| Role | Aggregate reports | Exports | Settings | Individual entries |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Administrator | Yes | Yes | Yes | Never |
| Viewer | Yes | Yes | No | Never |
Every report view and every CSV or PDF export is recorded in an access log — who pulled it, which date range, which cohort and when — so you can evidence appropriate use. Only administrators of that organization can read the log.
