Consumer Disclosures

App-owned notice

This page is maintained by Simply Mindfull Moments so you know exactly what you are getting, what it costs, and how to stop paying for it. It describes our current practices and is not legal advice. For what data we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy and Security Practices.

What Simply Mindfull Moments is — and is not

  • Simply Mindfull Moments is a self-care and reflection tool. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
  • Simply Mindfull Moments is not therapy, not a medical device, and not a substitute for care from a licensed professional.
  • We do not promise specific outcomes such as reduced anxiety or improved mood. Where we describe an exercise as "evidence-informed", we mean the general technique appears in published research — not that Simply Mindfull Moments itself has been clinically tested.
  • Simply Mindfull Moments does not provide emergency services. In a crisis, use our crisis resources or call your local emergency number.

Pricing and subscriptions

Simply Mindfull Moments's core tools — mood check-ins, journaling, breathing, crisis resources, and your emergency plan — are free. If we introduce a paid plan, these terms apply and will be shown again on the checkout screen before you pay:

  • The full price, billing interval, and renewal date are shown before you are charged, in plain language next to the payment button.
  • Free trials state the exact date the trial ends and the amount that will be charged. We send a reminder before the first charge.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each automatic renewal — with the renewal date, the amount, the billing interval, and a one-tap way to cancel first — and again before any price change.
  • Nothing you write is used in testimonials or marketing without your written permission, and every review or quote we publish comes from a real, identified customer.
  • No hidden fees, no charges for features you did not choose, and no bundled add-ons enabled by default.

Easy cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel any paid plan in your account settings, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. No phone call, no retention interview.
  • Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • If you were charged in error or cancelled but were billed anyway, contact us and we will refund it.
  • Deleting your account also cancels billing and removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Honest reviews, testimonials, and endorsements

  • We do not write, buy, or incentivize fake reviews, and we do not suppress negative ones.
  • Any testimonial we publish comes from a real user with their permission, and we disclose if the person was compensated.
  • Any partnership, affiliate link, or sponsorship in our resource lists is labelled as such. Crisis and emergency resources are never sponsored or monetized.

Communications and consent

We only send marketing email if you opt in, and every message includes a one-click unsubscribe. Account, safety, and billing notices are transactional and may still be sent. We never use dark patterns, countdown pressure, or pre-ticked consent boxes.

Accessibility commitment

Simply Mindfull Moments targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Every page has a skip link, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus, labelled form fields, and text that meets contrast requirements. Read our Accessibility Statement or tell us about a barrier and we will work with you on an accessible alternative.

Complaints

Contact us first and we will try to resolve your issue within 14 days. You always keep the right to contact your state attorney general or consumer protection agency, or the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov. Nothing in our terms takes away rights your state law gives you.
