All original content on this platform is protected by copyright, including the website and app design, illustrations, written meditations and session scripts, breathing and grounding exercise text, journal prompts, the Kids Calm Program and 30-Day Reset program materials, blog and resource articles, audio narration, soundscapes, and marketing copy. Copyright applies automatically from the moment the work is created — no registration symbol is required for protection.
Trademark — our name and brand
The Simply Mindfull Moments name, the Pause. Breathe. Heal. Grow. tagline, the heart logo, and the app icon are trademarks of Simply Mindfull Moments. The ™ symbol asserts our claim to these marks. Federal registration with the USPTO is a separate step handled outside this website; until a registration is granted we use ™ rather than ®.
What you may not do
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from our content, name, logo, or branding without our prior written permission. Limited quotations with clear credit and a link back are generally fine; if in doubt, ask first.
Your own content stays yours
