The Kids Calm Program
Six weeks, five short sessions a week — 30 in total. Each one is two to four minutes of breathing, feelings or gentle movement, written in words a child can read alone.

Leave a grown-up's email address and we'll send one message on launch day — the full six weeks, how to unlock kids mode, and where to find the grown-up progress view. Children shouldn't enter their own address here.
The six weeks
Week 1
Big breaths
Learn how slow breathing makes your body feel calmer.
- 1Balloon breathing — Meet your balloon breath.
- 2Slow counting to ten — Add slow counting to your breathing.
- 3Balloon breathing — Try it with your eyes closed.
- 4Quiet listening game — Breathe and listen at the same time.
- 5Bedtime wind-down — Use your new breath at bedtime.
For grown-ups: Builds the core skill: slow belly breathing your child can use anywhere.
Week 2
Naming feelings
Give your feelings a name so they feel less bossy.
- 1Feelings faces — Pick the face that matches you today.
- 2Worry wave — See how a worry rolls in and out.
- 3Feelings faces — Notice if your feeling changed since Monday.
- 4Kind words to me — Say kind things to yourself.
- 5Bedtime wind-down — End the week soft and sleepy.
For grown-ups: Feelings vocabulary. Great week to ask open questions at dinner.
Week 3
Calm body
Move and stretch to shake big feelings out of your body.
- 1Animal stretches — Stretch like four different animals.
- 2Spaghetti body — Go stiff, then floppy.
- 3Rainbow hunt — Look around and find every colour.
- 4Animal stretches — Add one animal of your own.
- 5Bedtime wind-down — Let a tired body get heavy.
For grown-ups: Movement-based regulation for wriggly, buzzy or restless days.
Week 4
My own toolkit
Pick the ones you like best. They're yours to keep.
- 1Kind words to me — Choose your favourite kind sentence.
- 2Worry wave — Practise for a wobbly moment.
- 3Slow counting to ten — Show a grown-up how it works.
- 4Quiet listening game — Find a new quiet spot to try it.
- 5Bedtime wind-down — Show your toolkit off at bedtime.
For grown-ups: Consolidation: your child chooses favourites and can name when to use them.
Week 5
Tricky moments
Try your tools when things feel hard, not just when you're calm.
- 1Brave breath — A breath for before school or something new.
- 2My reset button — Start again after a cross moment.
- 3Worry wave — For a worry that shows up at bedtime.
- 4Spaghetti body — Shake off a busy, fizzy day.
- 5Bedtime wind-down — Wind down after a tricky day.
For grown-ups: Transfer week: using the skills in real friction points — mornings, squabbles, bedtime worries.
Week 6
Passing it on
Teach someone your favourite tool, then keep your forever three.
- 1Make a calm corner — Make your own cosy calm corner.
- 2Balloon breathing — Teach a grown-up your balloon breath.
- 3Kind words to me — Say a kind sentence to someone else too.
- 4Quiet listening game — Play the listening game with someone.
- 5Bedtime wind-down — Pick your forever three. You finished all six weeks!
For grown-ups: Consolidation and confidence: teaching a tool out loud is what makes it stick.
Weeks open when three of the previous week's five sessions are finished — never on a timer. A child who misses a week is never behind.
How progress is stored
Stickers and completed sessions are saved in the browser on your child's device. We never receive them, so the grown-up progress view in your parental dashboard reads that same device.
- We do not collect any personal information from your child. Nothing they tap or do in kids mode is sent to us.
- There is no child account and no child login. Kids mode unlocks on one device with a code you enter yourself.
- No ads, no tracking, no personalisation, and no third-party scripts run in the kids area.
- No feed, no messaging, no other users, and no shop or payments are reachable from kids mode.
- You can revoke consent at any time in your account. The kids area locks again straight away on next use.
